1. Our Role
Punta Cana Great Experience is a New York-based online booking platform. We act solely as an intermediary that facilitates reservations for excursions, tours, activities, and related services (“Excursions”) operated by independent third-party providers in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. We do not own or operate any Excursions ourselves. Your contract for the actual service is directly with the third-party operator.
2. Bookings and Payments
•  All bookings are made subject to availability and acceptance by the third-party operator.
•  Prices displayed are in USD and include any applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise stated.
•  You agree to provide accurate and complete payment and contact information.
•  All payments are processed securely at the time of booking.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, OR CANCELLATIONS.
Once your booking is confirmed and payment is processed, it is non-refundable and non-transferable. We do not offer any refunds, credits, or exchanges for any reason, including changes in personal plans, weather conditions, illness, or any other circumstances. This policy applies regardless of whether the third-party operator allows modifications.
3. Cancellations and Changes
Because all sales are final, we strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, and evacuation.
Any requests for changes or cancellations must be directed to the third-party operator according to their own policies. We act only as a facilitator and cannot guarantee that the operator will approve any modification or refund.
4. On-Site Waivers
In addition to these Terms, you will be required to sign separate liability waivers and participation agreements directly with the excursion operator on-site before participating. These waivers are mandatory and govern your actual participation in the activity.
5. Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that excursions involve inherent risks. Participation is at your own risk. Please refer to our separate Legal Disclaimer for full details on assumption of risk and release of liability.
6. User Eligibility and Conduct
•  You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking.
•  If booking for minors, you represent you are their parent or legal guardian and accept full responsibility.
•  You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and not to engage in any fraudulent or harmful activity.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (text, images, logos, etc.) is the property of Punta Cana Great Experience or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without our prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you actually paid to us for the specific booking. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Suffolk County or Nassau County, New York.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
